A very handy recipe to have when you need to bake something to take for morning tea. Versatile and tasty, you can make so many different flavours.

  • 200g plain flour
  • 110g raw caster sugar (grind raw sugar 10 sec/sp 8)

  1. Preheat oven to 190C fan-forced
  2. Grease muffin tins or use paper muffin pans.
  3. Place a mixing bowl on Thermomix Lid and weigh in dry ingredients together with any dried fruit, cheese, spices, choc chips etc.
  4. Mix together gently.
  5. Weigh wet ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix 20 sec/sp 3.
