Delicious, fresh and herby, this goes well with seafood or chicken.
Ingredients
4 tsp caster sugar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp onion powder
Handful basil leaves (about 15g)
Handful parsley leaves (about 12g)
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp dried chives (or 6 fresh)
50g fresh lemon juice
50g apple cider vinegar
90g light tasting olive oil
Method
Add everything to the Thermomix bowl and blend 10 sec/sp 7.
Pour into a glass jar.
Notes
Use fresh chives and tarragon if available. If you have leftover baby spinach leaves, toss them in as well. Perfect with seafood, chicken or just as a salad dressing.
