Reinventing Leftovers
- Leftover Bolognese Sauce
- Cooked pasta - macaroni works well
- 100g cheese - mix of parmesan and tasty
- 500g milk
- 50g plain flour
- pinch nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Place leftover bolognese sauce into a lasagne dish.
- To make cheese sauce, grate cheeses 8 sec/sp 8. Set aside.
- Weigh 50g of the cheese back into the bowl with remaining sauce ingredients and cook 8 min/90/sp 4.
- Pour cheese sauce over the meat sauce and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese.
- Bake 40 minutes or until bubbling and golden on top.
