It&#8217;s suitable for the TM31 and the TM5.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mashed Potato<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>400g potatoes, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes<br \/>\n500 g water<br \/>\npinch salt,<br \/>\n1 tsp vegetable stock concentrate<br \/>\n30g Butter<br \/>\n80g Milk<\/p>\n<p>Add potatoes to steaming basket and add the water to the bowl. Cook for 20 mins\/Varoma\/Stir setting.<br \/>\nCheck that the potatoes are nice and soft.<br \/>\nRemove basket and discard the water.<br \/>\nAttach the butterfly and add potatoes back into bowl.<br \/>\nAdd veggie stock, milk and butter.<br \/>\nMix 10 seconds\/speed 4.
