DH was up even earlier to check sheep and cart water. I had my usual tomato and avocado between toast. Yucky bought bread from the freezer as no home made left.<\/p>\n<p>Lunch was a wrap with meatloaf from the other night, last of the coleslaw, tomato and cucumber with some egg mayo spread on the base.<\/p>\n<p>I made a loaf of bread today and left it to rise too long in the tin.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a high rise loaf, but not normally that high! My DD calls this style of loaf &#8220;Bum Bread&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/bushgourmand.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/P1010130.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-542\" src=\"http:\/\/bushgourmand.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/P1010130-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"http:\/\/thermogourmand.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/P1010130-300x169.jpg 300w, http:\/\/thermogourmand.com.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/P1010130.jpg 320w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Tea was Chilli Con Carne using the recipe from the Thermomix Every Day Cookbook. I added a few teaspoonfuls of cumin. I didn&#8217;t have any Red Kidney Beans, so had to use a can of 5 Bean Mix. It was OK, but needed green capsicum.<br \/>\nI didn&#8217;t have any lettuce as I hadn&#8217;t had time to shop today. So, we had it with corn chips, tomato, avocado, sour cream mixed with yoghurt and grated cheese.
