Rather than layering the grilled vegies, I just chopped them up and added them to the bolognaise sauce.\u00a0 I made a little white sauce and added ricotta, parmesan and cheddar and spread over the top. Delicious!<\/p>\n<p>Tea was some Barramundi that was in the freezer. Coated in wholemeal flour with salt and pepper added and lightly fried in a mixture of butter and oil. Served with simple mashed potatoes, french beans and carrots that were forgotten the previous night!<\/p>\n<p>I made a yummy sauce for the fish:<\/p>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\"><b>Lemon Sauce<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\"><i>Mix and heat in microwave or Thermomix:<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\">Juice and rind of one lemon<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\">2 Tbsp homemade <a href=\"http:\/\/islandrooster.net\/dev\/food\/index.php\/2011\/02\/20\/best-cooked-mayonnaise\/\">cooked mayonnaise<\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\">1\/2 cup fish stock (water and powdered fish stock)<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\">Thicken will a little cornflour.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color: blue;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Breakfast this morning was a Croissant again with bacon, cheese and tomato.
