Whizzed up in the Thermomix, the whole thing takes about 20 minutes if made in muffin tins. Recipe is designed for the TM31.<\/p>\n<p><b>Sticky Toffee Puddings <\/b><br \/>\n<i>Pre heat oven to a moderate temperature, about 175 degrees fan forced.<\/i><b> <\/b><br \/>\nPlace in Thermomix bowl or food processor:<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups seeded dates<br \/>\n1 1\/4 cups boiling water<br \/>\n1 tsp bi-carb soda<\/p>\n<p>Allow to stand for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add:<br \/>\n3\/4 cup brown sugar<br \/>\n60g butter<\/p>\n<p>Process on speed 3 for about 2 seconds, MC on, or until dates are roughly chopped.<\/p>\n<p>Add:<br \/>\n2 eggs, then 1 cup self raising flour, processing and scraping down sides until combined.<\/p>\n<p>Bake in muffin tins for 15 &#8211; 17 minutes. Stand in tins 5 minutes before turning out .<\/p>\n<p><b>Caramel Sauce<\/b><br \/>\nWhile the muffins are cooking, make the caramel sauce by placing 1 cup brown sugar, 100g butter, 300mls cream and 1 tsp vanilla in the Thermomix bowl and cook for 5 minutes on 80 at speed 4 or until thickened.<\/p>\n<p>Serve muffins on a plate and pour sauce over.
