I find this too difficult, so I make it all in the pan.<br \/>\nThis time, I used canned bean sprouts and soba noodles as I&#8217;d run out of rice noodles (shock, horror! They&#8217;re on my shopping list as I type&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p><b>SEAFOOD LAKSA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I use a range of different seafood such as prawns, firm fleshed fish, scallops and\/or squid in this dish.<\/p>\n<p><i>Start with:<\/i><br \/>\n5\u00a0 stalks spring onion<br \/>\n1 red chilli<br \/>\n1 clove garlic<\/p>\n<p><i>Chop everything (speed 5 for 3 seconds in Thermomix) and fry gently in either ghee or oil. \u00a0 Add:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>1 can coconut milk<br \/>\n1 can Valcom Laksa Sauce<br \/>\n1 cup chicken stock<br \/>\n3 tbsp fish sauce<br \/>\n1 stalk lemongrass, chopped into three and bruised with a knife<br \/>\n4 kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n1 lime, cut in half &#8211; squeeze juice into stock, then throw lime halves in too.<br \/>\n2 cups chicken stock<br \/>\n4 Tbsp fish sauce<\/p>\n<p><i>Cook on low heat until well blended. When almost ready to eat, add:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Seafood<br \/>\nRice noodles and hokkein noodles<br \/>\nchopped coriander stems<br \/>\nfinely julienned carrot strips<\/p>\n<p><i>When seafood is nearly cooked add:<\/i><\/p>\n<p>julienned snow peas<br \/>\nchopped bok choy<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_Y5-cvTFLSV0\/S1hNNmnKy4I\/AAAAAAAAABM\/2ijp-VK0lJE\/s1600-h\/Laksa+1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/islandrooster.net\/dev\/food\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/Laksa-1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"226\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><i>Place lid on pan and when allow to come to simmer. Stir gently and push everything into the coconut milk stock.
