However, you can get a similar result by using a heated pizza stone and steam.<\/p>\n<p>The main thing to remember is to allow plenty of time. It&#8217;s not active time, so you can be off doing something else, but you need to make sure that you&#8217;re around for crucial times such as shaping and baking.<\/p>\n<p>Please do watch the video class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Set <strong>3 min\/37\/sp 2<\/strong>.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"3\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Add remaining ingredients and set to <strong>5 min\/Knead<\/strong>.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"4\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Remove from bowl and shape into a ball.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"5\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Place into greased bowl, covered. Or place onto ThermoMat and wrap up.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"6\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Allow to prove in a warm place for at least an hour. I like to prove on the bench for 1 3\/4 hours.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"7\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Unwrap or tip out on to a very lightly floured bench or ThermoMat.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"8\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Press out into a rectangle. Pull out one corner and bring into the middle, press down to seal. Do a quarter turn and repeat with all corners. Keep going until the dough is a tight ball.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"9\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Turn over and place on to a tray with a square of baking paper larger than the ball of dough.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"10\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Cover lightly and allow to rise until doubled. This could take two hours if your kitchen is cold. Or, cover the dough with a large glass bowl so you can see how far the dough is rising.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"11\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">When dough is almost ready to bake, heat oven to 210C. When hot, place a round Dutch oven with a lid on the lower shelf.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"12\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">When fully proved, dust lightly with flour. Score with a lame knife if liked.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"13\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Carefully remove Dutch oven and pick up dough with baking paper. Place carefully into the base and place lid back on. (Scrunch corners of baking paper to provide a handle)<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-4218-step-0-13\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\" value=\"14\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Bake 35 minutes with lid on. Bake at 190C instead of 210C. <br \/>Place bread with baking paper onto stone and spray top of dough and all around the oven with water.<br \/>Baking time will be about 40 minutes. Check by tapping the base of the bread.
