Scrolls are the first thing that comes to mind, but I&#8217;m wanting to include more vegetables in their lunchbox snacks. So, I came up with this modified zucchini slice recipe.<\/p>\n<p>I use this <a href=\"https:\/\/thermomix.com.au\/products\/silicone-mini-loaf-pan\">Silicone Mini Loaf pan<\/a>. It&#8217;s so convenient &#8211; no greasing and no sticking. They simply slide out! I earn a small commission which helps me buy items for the Goody Bag that I give my new customers.<\/p>\n<p>The veggies in this recipe can be swapped around easily. Just try to stick to the quantities listed. For example, instead of carrot, try pumpkin or sweet potato. Instead of spinach, use kale. You could add capsicum and instead of ham, pop in some lightly cooked bacon or some salami or leave the meat out altogether and up the cheese quantity.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div
