Recipe developed for TM31.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cashew Almond Milk<\/b><br \/>\n30g raw almonds, skin on<br \/>\n30g raw cashews<br \/>\n960g filtered water<br \/>\n1 Tbsp coconut oil<br \/>\n30g Maple Syrup<br \/>\n1 tsp lecithin granules*<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp bi-carbonate of soda**<\/p>\n<p>Place nuts into TM bowl and grind on speed 9 for 20 seconds.<br \/>\nAdd remaining ingredients and cook on 60 for 4 minutes at speed 4.<br \/>\nGradually turn up to speed 8 and blend for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Place a large square of muslin or cheesecloth into a mesh strainer and strain over a jug. Squeeze gently to extract all liquid.<br \/>\nPour into bottle and refrigerate. Keeps for about 4 days.<\/p>\n<p>*The lecithin granules are available at Health Food Stores or at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.2brothersfoods.com\/\">www.2brothersfoods.com<\/a>.
