Brown Sugar

Ingredients
  • 500g raw sugar
  • 60g molasses
Method
  1. Place sugar into Thermomix bowl.
  2. If raw sugar is coarse, mill on speed 9 for 4 seconds.
  3. Weigh in the molasses and mix for 30 seconds/speed 4.
  4. Scrape down and repeat.
  5. Place into a jar with a slice of bread. The bread won't go mouldy and the sugar won't go hard!
