Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Ingredients
  • 270g icing sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 185 g butter, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp cream
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
Method
  1. Add icing sugar and cocoa to bowl and mix 1 sec/Turbo. (TM31 - 2 sec/sp 10)
  2. Add butter, cream, milk and vanilla and mix 20 sec/sp 5.
  3. Scrape down and mix again until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread over cooled cake.
