Chocolate Buttercream Icing

- 270g icing sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 185 g butter, cubed
- 3 Tbsp cream
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Add icing sugar and cocoa to bowl and mix 1 sec/Turbo. (TM31 - 2 sec/sp 10)
- Add butter, cream, milk and vanilla and mix 20 sec/sp 5.
- Scrape down and mix again until smooth and creamy.
- Spread over cooled cake.
