Fruit Chutney

- 250g apples and pears, cored and cut into chunks
- 250g tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 250g onions, in chunks
- 100g brown sugar
- 60g raisins
- 2 Tbsp golden syrup
- 1 Tbsp treacle
- 125g malt vinegar
- 1 Tbsp tamarind paste
- ½ Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- Place fruit and onions into Thermomix bowl.
- Chop 3-4 seconds/sp 5.
- Scrape down.
- Add remaining ingredients and place simmering basket on to lid instead of MC.
- Cook for 2 hours/100/R/sp soft.
- Pour into sterilised jars.
- Place lids on tightly and tip jars upside down for 10 minutes.
- When you right them, the lids should pop down and seal.
