Low Carb Protein Pancakes

Delicious, quick and easy pancakes.
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 60g sour cream
  • 80g almond meal
  • 3 Tbsp whey protein isolate
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 15g melted butter
  • Pinch salt
Method
  1. Add everything to the Thermomix bowl and blend 20 sec/sp 7.
  2. Scrape down.
  3. Heat skillet and add a little butter. Pour portions onto skillet. Turn when bubbles show.
  4. Serve with maple syrup, berries, and cream
