You read that right—it’s a salt you can sprinkle on everything (well, everything savoury, let’s not get wild). It’s my secret weapon for giving meat or veggies that extra kick of flavour. When in doubt, I reach for this and let the zing do its thing.
Now, you’ll notice that there are no spoon or gram measurements. That’s because it’s a ratio recipe. So, use teaspoons, tablespoons or whatever you like to make the amount that you want.
- 10 garlic powder
- 10 onion powder
- 10 paprika
- 5 ground cumin
- 5 ground coriander
- 4 pepper
- 4 salt
- 2 dried thyme
- 2 dried parsley
- 1 dried basil
- 1 chilli powder
- Mix all together and store in a glass jar. Use on everything!
