Biryani Spice Mix

A fabulous mix of spices and salt to give the perfect flavour to any biryani.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp ground ginger

Method
 

  1. Mill cumin, coriander and fennel for 15 sec/sp 10. Add remaining spices and salt and mix 3 sec/sp 10.
  2. Transfer to a jar and label.
