I’m hesitant to call this French Dressing, but it is based on that classic oil and vinegar base. I have added a few ingredients that aren’t in a traditional French Dressing. We love it and hope you do, too.

• 110 g apple cider vinegar
• 80 g light tasting olive oil I use Moro brand
• 40 - 45 g honey to taste (warm gently in microwave first if cold)
• 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard 8g
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp white pepper
• 
  OPTIONAL
• 25 g Sweet Chilli Sauce
• 15 g seeded mustard
• 1/2 tsp dulse flakes

Method

 

1. Add basic ingredients to Thermomix bowl and blend 1 min/sp 7.
2. Add optional ingredients, if desired and mix 10 sec/sp 2.5.
3. Bottle and store in pantry.
4. Recipe can be doubled.
