I’m hesitant to call this French Dressing, but it is based on that classic oil and vinegar base. I have added a few ingredients that aren’t in a traditional French Dressing. We love it and hope you do, too.
Salad Dressing

A tangy and sweet dressing for all sorts of salads
Ingredients
- 110g apple cider vinegar
- 80g light tasting olive oil (I use Moro brand)
- 40 - 45g honey, to taste (warm gently in microwave first if cold)
- 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard (8g)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper
OPTIONAL- 25g Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 15g seeded mustard
- ½ tsp dulse flakes
Method
- Add basic ingredients to Thermomix bowl and blend 1 min/sp 7.
- Add optional ingredients, if desired and mix 10 sec/sp 2.5.
- Bottle and store in pantry.
- Recipe can be doubled.
